#End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Kurt Schambach (“Developer”) and governs your use of the n-recipe mobile application (“App”), made available on Google Play.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and Google Play's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

  1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use the App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and Google Play's policies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

  1. User Content

The App allows users to create, import, export, and share recipes (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content you create, import, or share. You must ensure you have the right to use and distribute any such content.

The Developer is not responsible or liable for any User Content shared, imported, or received by users — including, but not limited to, inaccurate, infringing, harmful, or illegal material.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding User Content) remain with the Developer. You may not redistribute, resell, or make the App available to others, whether for free or for payment, except through Google Play or with the Developer's explicit written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy of the App and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or harm arising from your use of the App or User Content.

  1. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles.
